Purrfection Cat Care provide a cat sitting service in Glasgow, Paisley, Ayrshire and the surrounding areas. We also cater for small pets.
There’s no need to consider putting your cat into a cattery when you go on holiday, need to travel for work or have other family commitments which take you away from home.
With our services you can let your cat stay at home in their own comfortable surroundings and our dedicated, team of cat carers will visit daily to provide care, attention and lots of cuddles.
Our team of cat carers are life long cat owners themselves, we know how to make your cat feel loved, comfortable and cared for.

ABOUT US
Having been a cat owner and growing up with cats from a young age, it always felt a little daunting going on holiday or away for the weekend leaving the cat at home. It was difficult to always rely on family to help with cat sitting. What I needed was someone I could trust to come do this for me when ever I needed it.
And that’s when the idea of Purrfection Cat Care came about. I knew there were others like me out there who needed their furry friend to be looked after as if they were right there.
A career break provided just the opportunity for me to get started.

SERVICES AND FEES
DAILY PURRFECTION CAT CARE VISITS
A daily visit to your cat in their own home and surroundings. The visit will last 30 minutes and consist of:
Washing bowls
Topping up water and adding food to bowls
Cleaning litter trays
Providing interaction, stimulation, cuddles and scratches under the chin for those kittys who like it
PLUS at no extra cost we will:
Take in your mail
Open/Close curtains
Water plants
Take out your bin
After every visit:
We’ll drop you a quick update and photo of your kitty so you can rest assured all is well at home.

STANDARD RATES
Cost per 30 minute visit: £18
We are happy to administer a pill by hand at no extra cost.
If your cat is aggressive we won’t be able provide this service and recommend that you contact your vet for advice before you go away.
If we run out of cat supplies while you are away, we can purchase some, there is a £15 surcharge for this service.
Our charges are per visit and there is no discount for block bookings. This is because, our time and travel costs do not decrease the more visits we do.
FESTIVE SEASON RATES
December 24th/25th/26th/31st: double time with no bookings after midday on Christmas Day.
January 1st & 2nd: double time
FREE PRE-VISIT MEET
When you sign up with Purrfection Cat Care it’s FREE. That means our first pre-visit to meet you and your cat is on us. At this visit, we’ll run through your cat’s routine, visit time preference (AM or PM) and collect keys from you. We’ll also arrange for the keys to be dropped off when you are back. We can hold on to the keys if you are going on subsequent trips and would require our services.
PURRFECTION CAT CARE - FAQs
Your peace of mind, the safety and happiness of your cat and the security of your home are our top priorities. If you have any questions that aren’t covered, please do get in touch.
Are you insured? Yes we are insured with Pet Business Insurance. We are insured as pet sitters / for household drop-in visits and you may request to view our insurance certificate.
Are you Disclosure Scotland checked? Yes. Each member of our team holds an individual and current Disclosure Scotland Certificate.
How much will it cost me to book a pet sitter? Please see our Service & Fees for pricing.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking? We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance on any / all visits is due 3 days prior to start of visits.
Will I be charged if I cancel a booking? Visits may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before your departure date.
If visits are cancelled 48 hours before your scheduled first visit, 50% of your fully paid balance will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure will be charged 100% of the original booking fee. Fees are non-refundable should you return home before a booking has ended.
Do you offer home boarding? We are not currently offering a home boarding service. That’s because we believe that our cats are cared for at best in their own home.
Do my pets need to be vet-registered, vaccinated & flea / worm treated? We recommend that your pets are registered with a local vet and that vaccinations are up to date. However, it is not mandatory. We do require all pets to be flea and worm treated before visits commence. This is for both your pet’s own health and wellbeing, and to ensure that we do not spread flea or worm problems between different households. We regret that if your pet is not up to date on flea / worming treatment, then we will not be able to offer our services.
